As for the sushi, I agree with Food on the Table. Watch the amount of rice. And if you don't already have one of those bamboo rolling mats, grab one. I look at the sales for that week and plan which recipes to do and then I go grocery shopping on either Sunday or Monday. However, if you want to try it with me, the recipe is as follows:<br /><br />Tuscan Beef Stew<br />1 can tomato soup<br />1 can condensed beef broth <br />1/2 cup red wine or water<br />2 lbs beef stew meat, cut into 1 in. pieces<br />1 can diced Italian-style tomatoes<br />3 large carrots, cut into 1 inc pieces<br />1 tsp. Italian seasoning, crushed<br />1/2 tsp. Garlic powder<br />2 cans (16 oz each) white kidney beans, drained<br /><br />Mix all ingredients except beans into crockpot and cook on low for 8-9 hours or on high for 4-5 hours.
