Tell Me About You {+ Giveaway!}

Friends, I have a favor to ask. Don't run and hide...I have a little something in this for you, too. :D

I'm trying to find out a bit about the "demographics" of my readers here at Alicia's Homemaking, and so I've put together a (short!) 9 question survey for ya. Would you mind (pretty please with sugar on top?!?) taking a second to fill it out?

    Hi, there! I commented, but wanted to let you know that, on #8, I currently have a blog that is mostly read by family and friends (as far as I know, by followers and comments) but I'd like to monetize it at some point to make a little back off of it, maybe just an affiliate program for the books I read and recommend, and maybe a little more than that. So, I didn't know if that counted as being a "wannabe professional blogger" or not. LOL

    Thanks for doing a giveaway! It will be a big help for Christmas shopping!!! And I love your blog and have since the day I read it. :-) Thanks for taking the time out of your life to post!
