Menu Plan Monday
Due to an absolutely insane day in the intensive care unit, my menu plan for this week is yet to be completed. That will have to happen tomorrow, along with some rest and other catch-up. Money Saving Mom and Life as Mom are hosting a baking day, which I was hoping to participate in, but I will just have to wait to do my first baking day.
