Menu Plan Monday--June 21st

I feel like this is "back to normal" week for us. We are settled in to our new place and we aren't going out of town anywhere. I'll go grocery shopping on my normal day. I'll try to bake some bread on Tuesday. Andrew starts his program's orientation. I need to sit down and plot out some semblance of a cleaning schedule. I know, this is riveting stuff. Stay tuned for more. *wink*

After some brainstorming, this is what I've come up with for us to eat this week.

Breakfasts: smoothies, muffins (like the ones above!), cold cereal (we have cheerios coming out of our ears)
Lunches: leftovers, salads, peaches/other fruit, sandwiches, mommy's cookies.

Dinners by weeknight:
Sunday--Company over: Hamburgers on the grill topped with lettuce, tomato, cheese, guacamole, with macaroni salad and easy fruit cobbler for dessert.
Monday--Company over: Chicken Spaghetti with Memaw's Green Beans (recipe next week hopefully!)
Tuesday--Black beans and rice with tomatoes, salad
Wednesday--Pasta with ground beef and red sauce, carrots, garlic bread
Thursday--Stuffed Buffalo Chicken with broccoli
Friday--Pizza and salad

I am hoping to take some time this week and make homemade yogurt for the first time because I have crazy amounts of milk on my hands. Do you have any tips for me or a go-to recipe? I need to do it without using dry milk because it was super expensive at our store (they only had a huge box), but I still want the yogurt to be thick. Also, any advice for flavoring the yogurt (we are not plain yogurt fans).
