
Here's the plan for this week..I'm just listing our dinner meals for now. Lunches are leftovers or ad lib for now. Breakfast is usually cereal or eggs.
Monday: Spinach Souffle and freezer mashed potatoes
Tuesday: Pork Loin with Sherry and Red Onions, green beans, and stuffing
Wednesday: Beef Stroganoff, dutch potatoes, and broccoli
Thursday: Chicken Spagetti and salad
Friday: Lasagna, garlic bread, and salad
Saturday and Sunday: leftovers
