'Twas the Night Before the Cookofff...

...and my checklist is complete! It's been a busy evening. With the help of my husband (he's awesome) and the food processor, we chopped/sliced/diced all the vegetables and meat for tomorrow.

Meat and veggies

I set out all the canned/dry goods (my portion anyway), along with major cooking tools (so Lindsey doesn't have to go digging through my cabinets looking), and pans/baggies for freezing the food.

The crockpots (one with ground beef cooking overnight). Posted above them are tomorrows instructions.

Station "B" with spices set out and the recipes for Lindsey (she's person "B"!) posted on the cabinet.

I will post updates throughout the day on our progress! Join us as we try our first ever full month of freezer cooking. :)

Now for some sleep (if Little W. thinks that's a good idea)!
