With my freezer full of new meals, the menu plan is pretty easy this week. :)
Breakfasts: Blueberry muffins, cereal, fruit, eggs, smoothies
Lunches: leftovers, sandwiches, salads
Dinners by weeknight:
Monday--Chicken Cacciatore with rice, carrots, salad (made with lettuce from a friend's garden!), pound cake with strawberries and cool whip.
Tuesday--Pizza Stuffed Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, corn
Wednesday--Pork with Apples and Pears (I'm going to try cooking this in the oven, not the crock pot, and see if I can get it to be more moist!), broccoli
Thursday--Dinner @ my parents...I work all day
Friday--Spaghetti dinner with salad and garlic bread
Chicken Cordon Bleu just came out of the oven, so I'm signing out...I've never had chicken cordon bleu before, so I'm excited to try it...
