So here's what will be on our table this week:
Breakfasts: smoothies, blueberry pancakes, eggs, cold cereal, toast, tea
Lunches: spinach quiche, leftovers, sandwiches, salads
Dinners by day of the week:
Monday--Dinner out. My husband and I will be belatedly celebrating our third anniversary by having our first night away since Squishy has been born!Tuesday--need a quick dinner since we will just be getting back to town, so it's spaghetti to the rescue. With broccoli and garlic bread.
Wednesday--Johnny Marzetti with Cheesy Noodles and corn
Thursday--dinner at a friend's house
Friday--company over--I am making OAMM's burritos with homemade guaucamole, lettuce, sour cream, salsa, and tomatoes. :)
I am looking forward to getting back into the swing of cooking/baking now that we are settled in! And can you tell that I am really digging AllRecipes.com and Once a Month Mom lately?
